One main fields of our activities include trading of solid biomass products.

Regardless of the fact that company is quite new in that field, since 2019, it has become

one of the biggest biomass trader in Greece. Currently, the company has been established

in trading Sunflower Seed Husk Pellets and Rice Husk.

Total annual trading volume of sunflower seed husk pellets amounts to over than 60,000

tons annually. As far the rice husks concerned, Waolia have reached a trading volume up

to 2,500 tons. Main part of industrial biomass trading is covered by long term contracts

with major biomass end-users industries and distributors in Europe and all over the

world.

Waolia motivated mission is to be the most reliable biomass supplier firstly in Greece and

afterwards gradually to expand their network globally. The company currently includes

4 large and modern warehouses across the country, in strategic positions close to Greek

ports which can stock up to 10,000 tons of biomass, securing this way a smoothly supply

to our clients throughout the year.
